it all started with a craving.
Back in 2019 I started experimenting with different ingredients to recreate sweets that didn’t (but definitely should) exist as a 100% plant based version. After several months failure and success I finally got it the way I wanted it.
I only use the finest ingredients such as Grand Cru Couverture Chocolate and Gianduja-mixture as base, both from Felchlin Switzerland, which gives you an intense and rich flavor. Some (may) say, it’s better than the original.
Save Foods officially started in April 2021 as a part-time job with two local resellers in the city of Lucerne. Since May 2022 I’m fully focused on crafting vegan alternatives you might have missed – me for sure. The products are now available throughout Switzerland. See all vendors.
